thanks guys time to get back to the D, when i got it home it was obvious there was an oil leak problem on the left side of the engine as there was 20 odd years of oil, dirt and shit stuck to the engine which i cleaned off to see where the leak is coming from and this is what i found

next up is to get rid of this thing, sorry if you like it but this the worst thing you could do to a delorean, it's guaranteed to make your gear changes terrible and stuff your gear stick

time to fix the non working speedo, nothing wrong with the speedo drive at the front wheel but the upper cable was cross threaded to the lamda box and that wasn't it's only problem

Never seen a repair like this one on the oil pressure sensor :shock:

I drove a car once with one of the those gear panels , one day it would shift ok the next it wouldn't , and you had to lean slightly if you know what I mean.
