Rad should be going back in tomorrow. If i can ask a stupid question: the new rubber bushes I got for the new rad, I they go between the rad and the brackets, don't they and the bolt head sits on the bracket?

Am I supposed to have four rad mounting rubber washers?

If I do, why did I only order two...

The parts manual says 4..... I have a feeling I may well have said "2" to you in an email or PM - quite possibly (not sure - sounds like the sort of thing I would do) - so please blame me! :confusion-seeingstars:

Just measuring pipe now for your peace of mind, but I see you are sorted?

The pipe I have looks nothing like your pipe at all - which probably explains it then. This one is 2 inches longer than yours too.... It may well be that your header tank is mounted a bit higher than OEM too if it's a Hervey one.

What fixings do you need for the radiator install? The 2 bottom bolts, or something to attach the fans to the rad?

I just need two of the rubber washers plus two brackets/ clips to hold the hoses to the pontoon and inside rear bumper. I'll order them tonight. Think the pipe needs to come closer to the pontoon as when I mocked up the pipe to the water pump the hoses started to kink. Deffo need 4 rubber washers or else the rad isn't isolated from the frame. Cheers!

Where did you get the console pad recovered if you don't mind me asking? It looks great.
