Behold, I got shit done!

Inspired by my bumpers getting painted, I got back to installing the radiator, brackets, hoses, recall plates and stuff.

I'm gonna pass on the AC for now. I haven't installed the compressor, so the condenser will have to wait too. I'm trying to get the car running and road legal first, then attend to some details (hopefully) later.

Are you stripping the black part of the bumper to "Naked" polyurethane, or are you planning to get the black part painted?

Thanks!

Today I proceeded to fix the a pillars. I cut all the warped bits off, and eventually I will install Lee's repair pieces. Brilliant solution to a difficult problem.

Andy

Not painting, for now at least. I'm gonna try to dress it up as good as I can. If it fails, I'll paint it later.

Thanks, I am also keen to try this. Were they painted before? And what grade of paper did you use to get it back?

By hand, or DA sander? Lots of time rubbing?

Thanks for any info!
