I’m very tempted to install a radio like this. My factory Craig works well (except for the cassette player) but I’d like to be able to listen to songs stored on my phone via Bluetooth. At the moment I’m using a small portable Bluetooth speaker placed in the center console.

As an alternative - If you have a working Craig Radio and want to keep it, then consider one of these from Amazon, I fitted one and it works great. By default It tunes to the lowest FM setting on the Craig.

Here’s a list of work carried out to date:

- U.K. conversion ready for MOT
- New rear light boards
- LED rear light conversion
- Braided brake lines
- New refurbed steering rack
- Stainless heat shield and exhaust mount
- New stainless fuel lines
- New coolant hoses (silicon)
- New aluminium radiator
- New fuel accumulator and related hoses
- New clutch, flywheel, etc (full kit)
- New Reinz rear main seal
- New high output alternator
- New waterpump and thermostat
- Dent removal all over
- Full regrain
- Repainted front and rear fascias
- New seat covers
- Retrosound radio
- Re-stuffed door cards

- million’s of alternator belts :D

I think that’s it...... so far.

Thank you to everyone that has helped me so far on this journey - I’m sure there’ll be a lot more questions to come.

Special thanks to Alistair for his hotline when I had running issues, also Nick who helped me over his secret messaging service.

And of course the very patient Arran, who keeps us all supplied with the parts we require.

Thanks all!!

But I must admit that the lions share of the heavy duty work was done by Chris N - without him I’d be lost.

Although as I speak, I’m under the car with shit dropping in my eyes with a belt alignment issue that I’m actually on the verge of resolving!!

Well 11477’s 3rd MOT in the UK carried out today.

Happy to say she passed again without any advisories! Happy days.

And clocked over the 20,000 mile mark this year too. Approx 4,000 put on her since I registered her back in 2018.

Thanks everyone for the continuing support!
I certainly wouldn’t be on the road without your assistance.
