Does anyone know why the tub has that curve in it on the drivers side while passenger side is straight?

Small steps, today a little further down the road.. Got to finally take the drive shafts fully off and finished off the retapping of the 5 m8x1.0 holes for the impact absorber.. Only 2 were being used before to hold it on.
All m5 wing mounting holes re tapped also.
Small victories :) yeah!

The car is back off axle stands so is back being mobile again. It's so light now I can push it one hand lol :D

Big thanks to my mate Nicky who came up with great little tool for getting the hub side cv bolts out as I had nothing strong enough to stop the shaft spinning while loosening the 17mm hex bolts. Made it so much easier  :P

Cheers
Shane

Had a closer look at the main front wiring loom tidying and cleaning up the connectors, thankfully the loom seems in very good condition overall no signs of Overheating or melting which is good news .. Getting those pins out can be a real pain especially the round ones for the front indicators.
Next up is to get rid of those scotch locks and tidy the other half of the loom

It's Been a while but alot of other stuff going on. Getting that nasty cold that was going round wasn't in the plans to, so not as much done as I would like.. Alot of shitty confidence draining jobs like spinning rivnuts .. These are the joys ;)
Also got to clean up various connections a wee bit and make them look a little more presentable at least
Full throttle micro switch checks out good to
