I sourced red/orange, red/black and black gauge wire for the side marker lights to match the original loom colours to try and keep it as it was..

Back to the chassis again.. With the front and rear inner 'y' doubler plates removed and cleaned out the chassis could go back to the blasters again to get everything cleaned up and ready again for re glavanising.

All the separate parts were numbered and listed so they could go back on for final welding. Then all going well onto the galvanisers.

First up was a mock up again to make sure all the major components lined up and fitted as they should and see if anything else needed doing..

She s looking alot cleaner now this time.
Now hopefully a straight run welding everything back up and finally off to the glavanisers..

An eagle eye spot from Nicky saw an extra little spot of rust was hiding under the passenger side base of the rear cradle under the double lipped skin. A previous repair on a repair I think was done here but either way not very well. So off with it..

Side rear cradle plates and rear towing eyes back on
