Check the jubilee clip forward of the otterstat - it loosens with vibration and coolant runs down and drips onto the chassis then fins it’s way onto the lowest point

Just nip up all jubilee clips for now and see what happens

Where the otterstat cables joined then?

You should turn the otterstat around so it isn’t triggered by steam

The coolant should flow over it
