Its a tricky one, I would say getting the engine out is most of the effort disconnecting electrics etc. The rest is fairly simple and in about 6 batches of items. (steering, Radiator, fluid/fuel pipes, brake pipes etc) If you can avoid doing it do... but the question should be will you ever need to frame off it.
As its awesome access as you can see in my pics to the suspension, steering, brake cylinder etc etc which I assume a lot of which you are going to be needing to do anyway.
I recall yours didn't look too bad on the pics, just need to be careful as it can all look good with the epoxy hiding some horrors and its rusting from inside out. You see the way this one is bottom right, on the left edge.
No rush to decide really, I can honestly say it was nowhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be.
