Well I've just reset the throttle setup and fueling now. It's nice I'm chuffed as nuts.

The tapping sound got quieter when it got to temp, but I think I will set the exhaust clearences to 20 on my ď if I get time another weekend. For now it's drivable

A bit late to report, but u did rest the clearances again but to the clearness hot on a hot (up to temp) engine. I let it cool overnight am checked what the clearances returned to on a cold engine. The inlets were as book but the exhaust valves were 15! So, either set them hot to book spec or if you prefer, to 15 instead of 25..

Chances are those are not fit for the D. They certainly do not match in size for the original housing.

Well, the mighty Auto had an oil change pre March Tec 2015.. about time..

The official shitter has passed the MOT.

Emissions are just a bit too lean, but I didn't have time to fine tune after I calibrated the cpr and fueling. 0.37 % Co and 37ppm HC isn't that far off.

It's about time my D got more attention....
