Stainless steel fuel line to replace the old one

Cross brace back in place after 3 layers of paint. Worth the pain to remove it to repair it.

On the other hand, looks like I damaged the small pipe from the Hot Water Valve

However, I can’t see it on the drawing?

If it's the thin plastic vacuum line to the hot water (interior heater matrix) valve, I'd just cut the kink out and use some vacuum pipe to connect the two pieces back together for a repair, rather than re feed a complete new pipe through the car to the mode switch

You could remove the rubber vacuum pipe that is currently on your hot water valve for reference and get some from your local car parts shop.

If you're stuck I'll gladly post you some, but it may take a while to get to Italy !
