As always: Nice job!
Where did you end up buying the steeringrack? It looks different then the original. Can you adjust the new one by turning the square nut?

I bought it with ED because it was the cheapest one, without core charge and tie rod end include.
Under the square nut, you can change the grease or replace it with oil like the old one.

About the rear, I can't adjust the same height between right & left.
I've tried to play on the screw, but even with same height on the screw, the tires height is diffrent.
Any idea?

Well done , great to hear no suspect noises !.

That's a very interesting coolant bottle cap , does it show the system pressure on a gauge if I'm looking at the pic correctly ?
If so , Where did you get it ?

Cheers

It looks like the rear toe "Para" has not been adjusted and you'll most likely need to move a shim from the left trailing arm to the right trailing arm to set the centre line thrust angle "Parallellsme" to near 0.00. At your reading of -0.26 reading, the rear will induce steering to the right.

It would feel better after because your front geometry settings were likely out because of the front Toe "Para" from the steering rack replacement.

If on lowered springs, fill the fuel tank half full before the next geometry (alignment) is done, or if on original springs, full with fuel/ add weight at the front so the chassis is 135-145mm from the floor. (There's an original dmc service bulletin for this)

Keep up the good work Domi :D
