Just got in.
Havn’t seen the show yet but read all your posts and it sounds like there was some great coverage. My involvement was all very last minute as they came up with the live feed idea 5 days ago. As always I never get too excited cos more often than not it doesn’t happen which is why I didn’t say anything. Was talking to Marty when Al text at 6.30. We had a great chat. He told me that he is not a car person and was quite underwhelmed with the Delorean assignment when the producers floated the idea. He then went on to tell me that meeting you guys completely turned him around and he “got” the whole Delorean thing. Nice guy. Don’t know what the f!?k he was talking about with you lot though! I reckon you drugged him or something. I was also in London on Monday promoting the Blu ray release which is where the picture from in the other thread ( digital spy ). Went round with this guy from an agency who had lined up various offices to visit ( autotrader, nuts mag and a few others. Don’t know how much press there will be , if any, BUT the whole London thing nearly killed the car. All day, stop start, traffic jams etc etc. Nightmare. Ended up with clutch judder, hot water temperature, binding brakes........................Don’t be tempted to do the London thing like that all day. I was fearful about today but the car was just great and didn’t miss a beat. It don’t like traffic jams !!
Back to today. I managed to get the signatures of the two presenters + Marty and Ross Kemp on the back of a “One show” card. If anyone is interested I can try to get it reproduced for your memorabilia. Let me know.

Never noticed before, but the date JZD was arrested was also 26th Oct , but 82.
So did they use that date specifically then for the film?
