Finally Caved; Looking to Purchase a DeLorean

Spoke with John about his D and was looking at arranging a viewing...until my missus caught wind. Seems she was much more supportive of the idea before it started to look like a reality.

I'm not too worried about the cosmetic issues for now, but the pictures of the engine looks like it might result in a haemorrhage of my wallet to get reliable. That is, reliable in DeLorean terms ;D

Looks OK, but you definitely need to see pictures of the frame and get a complete list of the work that's been done on the car...

I actually got her back on board with the idea, it was just raw cost that stopped me going for that particular D. Missed out on that one on ebay too, but taking a look at a couple of the others... It's only a matter of time now

Casually mention "Oh love, I managed to find a DeLorean for ONLY £18k!"

Or you could do what i do and tell where to go, tell her you earn your money so I do what i want with it, like it or lump it, and if you don't like it leave!!! that method does have it's draw backs though, Leg-over becomes more scarce!!!!
