Had anyone actually seen this car in the flesh? Looks like to me that's given an indication of where the market is at the moment. For a shabby but running and MOTd car you're looking at £19/20k.

Yep, was having this conversation the other day and I think that's about right - and of course this sales proves that. Spring (May) prices - I would say £20k gets you a low-end but MOT passed car, anything less than 20k and it's either not running, no MOT or no seats. An A1 car would be £28k-£30k and an A1 RHD £40k-£42k - with a typical UK car such as Kevin's recent sale for example in the region of £28k.
Take off £1k-£2k for a winter sale, and take off £1k for an auto.
