I don't know if there is a way to find out if it sold?

Audio work (sort of) fine for me. Yes, it was £29600. I can't confirm the fee added to it, but I think it is in the region of £1500+VAT on top of that.

Just pointing out what an odd choice of auction. That said on a Wednesday there are plenty of well heeled individuals there that may fancy a toy. That's his best bet I reckon. Often the arm overtakes the brain at auction!

Arran, you used to be so prim and proper. The perverts (no names necessary) have dragged you down. :naughty:

Wonder what the sellers fees were then. Hasn't exactly made a profit on the car has he.

He should have taken one of the supposed two offers of £34k and £35k he had within days of having the car.

There was a hall bidder and an online bidder. Chances are at least one of them was the vendor himself running it. It was sold provisionally to the hall bidder as it did not hit reserve at £29600. the auctioneer kicked it off at £25000.
It is not currently showing in any Aston Barclay catalogue so either it is sold, was a genuine provisional bidder who has yet to decide on an increased bid or it has been withdrawn.
If I attend Aston Barclay tomorrow I will ask in the office. As Nigel the owner is a local car dealer I am sure he will be a good customer of the auction and friendly with the all staff there (as they are a nice bunch of people) so they may not give too much away.

He still has it listed up on his website (although could be that he has not yet got around to removing it) http://essextradecars.co.uk/vehicle/nam ... le-details

If someone seriously offered you over £34k, you should have snapped their

In addition all other maintenance upgrades should be done at this price bracket.

Good luck with the sale.

You were right then Mike ( as suspected ) l
