Drivers seat belt wanted

Some how my seat belt has managed to get a hole in which the MOT fella didn't seem to like Where would I find another seat belt. Any one got one hanging around that I can purchase?

Sod's law as I'm hopefully coming up to Norfolk on the Saturday next weekend and could have brought it with me. Dave bought the whole job lot of spares off me only couple weeks ago. Still have a couple of new fuel tanks and bits of dark grey carpet he didn't want.
