OK, back on topic.
Regarding the water pump spares
Firstly I would say that you really need a press to dismantle/ reassemble the pump in a controlled manner, great care needs to be taken.
Also, the seal seating which is on the back of the impeller needs to be inspected and if necessary machined/ground to a very fine finish to ensure a proper seal
The parts that we found were required in the pumps we overhauled are as listed below but I am unsure if there are other variants;
1 off bearing. 6202 2RS C3
1 off bearing. 6302 2RS C3
1 off mechanical seal 'bellows' type 268, size 5/8, ( carbon face, nitrile elastomer), the seal will come with a ceramic static seat which is not required as the seal runs against the impeller.
We purchase these parts within the trade and our supplier doesn't sell to the general public but you should be able to buy them from any decent local bearing/power transmission supplier or even EBAY
We also changed the pump casing gasket, we made this from sheet gasket material in the normal way.
