Well 50/50 puts more breaking effort on the rear, but with the added weight the fronts still lock up first.

I'm certain that the correct castle nuts for Hervey's upper ball joints are 7/16 UNF.

the gang was mentioning that you were getting a bunch through from Hervey/the States. Namrick are doing them for 1.43 (that's mail order price). Not sure what the discount would be for bulk purchase of trade amounts...might be worth investigating if you've not already
