Door latch fitted. Now some adjustment needed. Which rod do I adjust to allow the outside door handle open the door. At the moment I'm leaning in and pulling the bottom rod to get the handle to work.

Don't know what i've done. Changed the latch, now the door won't open, either from the rods or by trying to force it from the outside or inside.

The window is down, and the rods are all visible.

What process do you guys recommend to get it to pop open?
