Definite, confirmed cars that have paid a deposit are 31 at the moment - yes 31!, plus two "for the day only" cars. About 65 people. But there are a lot more people to chase up who have said "yes" but haven't booked - plus you-know-who!

I am uncertain on taking the nightboat from the Hook, since I saw that the ferry from dunkerck is only 26 euro's (compared to almost 160) for a single trip. Also, that ferry goes 8 times a day and takes only 2 hours, compared to 2 trips and 7 hours..

The Hook ferry is expensive and if you take the night ferry you don't really have enough time for a proper sleep but this route means less mileage & fuel on the car.....
