Confirming that I have actually used and benefited from the prototype of this service, as per my other thread - thanks bozzzy! I'd been a bit slack with the details in previous years, and had been insured at market value only, rather than at the (much higher) actual value. My insurance company have this letter, along with a modifications questionaire and six photographs, and are very happy.

This is peace of mind indeed. Only 2 months ago Jo reversed into my other car with her Chelsea Tractor, claiming she "couldn't see it down there" Thankfully me banging on her door while she was doing it made her brake just before, so any damage done was soon undone by Al straightening it out using pure G force
