At first glance, it looks like an effect to make it look like the car is moving

But I think it is the outline of the "flux bands" or what ever they are called. They must bend them in place on the car and then cut off the excess.

i know this bloke he hired the chitty car off tony green for a show two years ago it took us a long time to get chitty parcaled up and shippet to him but if any one got a extra £125,000 its up for sale or should i say auction im manchester and now the news is out about gen 11 this is the time to get chitty back on the road as she looking very unwell from when i last seen her in the lock up were she is
