It feels strange having finished all the work. TODO-list is getting mighty short now:

* Replace windscreen (for the love of god do this, it's been 10 years now)
* Install new brake lines (the new ones just look better, no real reason)
* Replace both escrutcheon with non-broken ones.
* Fix binnacle crack
* Fix the one tear in drives side seat cover

There's one major thing to do this season: Drive!

The whistle at the air intake W-pipe returned, so I decided to get it off once more and clean it the faces thoroughly, new gaskets, fresh bolts, problem solved.

With lovely weather and a clear head I decided to take the D out for a good spin. She ran like a freaking charm! Woohoo I am so happy again.. Winter time seems over and the car is running better than ever

I got the entire trip on camera so I will put up a boring video after I've processed the footage.

For now, Windows Live Movie Maker 2011, because that is free, but it seriously lacks the power I am used to.

What did I do to the car today?

Cleaned the headlights
Checked the coolant level
Noticed an almost empty overflow tank
Checked the garage floor
Found a seriously soaked piece cardboard
Exclamated some words not suitable for children (thanks TT)
Jacked it up, Axle stands
Tightened a surprisingly loose jubilee clip around a wet bit of hose
Refilled the coolant
Cleaned up, Showered
Took a cold one out of the fridge.
