Lunch/dinner available in the bar all day until 8:15 (last orders) and in the restaurant from 6:00 until 8:15 (last orders) (a 50% discount is automatically applied to all food you order off of the menu and put on your room bill)
Afternoon – help/watch Arran assemble the marquee in the car park!
7:30 – meet in the bar for drinks (optional) then and sit together in the restaurant for dinner (optional). A buffet style selection of main courses, salads and desserts will be ready for 8.00, £8 per person will be charged to your room if you opt to join in, or make your own arrangements (see above).
Also staying tonight are the 7 people from the Discovery TV programme “Wheeler Dealers”, including the presenters Mike Brewer and Edd China, and mechanic Paul Brackley.

During the morning and early afternoon the Discovery TV programme “Wheeler Dealers” will be filming in the car park, and showing off their DeLorean, which is currently for sale:
viewtopic.php?f=56&t=2361 10am-4pm - Rolling road. If you would like to go on it please see Mike or Arran – there is a £45 charge for this, although you can go on more than once if you want (with the same car). This can be added to your hotel bill, or paid to Mike, Maria or Arran directly.

9:00 in the restaurant – A brief Q and A with Stephen Wynne, President of DeLorean Motor Company (Texas) (details T.B.C.)
9:15 in the bar/lounge – The awards for today’s rolling road session, in the various different categories.
9:20 in the bar/lounge – Roger Jarman, DMC employee number 24, Chief Buyer (chassis parts) (1978-1983), will talk about his experiences of working with Lotus from an “ordinary employee’s” point of view, and a brief summary of the Chuck Bennington facelift for 1983 proposed in May 1981, and will also take general questions. He is here for the whole weekend.

9am-4pm - Tech session in the car park:
10:00 (very optional!) assemble in the car park to drive to the Classic Car Auction and Autojumble in King’s Lynn, PE30 4NB. £5 entry, gates open at 10am, auction starts at 1pm, although you will miss lunch here if you stay for the auction. 1.30-4.00 – Giant Scalextric championships (in the restaurant). This is a 4 lane, 160 foot, race track, with pit crew, marshalls, and is timed, with an overall 1st,2nd,3rd and "podium ceremony"!2.30pm. Chris Nicholson regraining demo on Nick T’s roof in the “Spax tent”
4pm – Short convoy out to somewhere local for a few photos
5.30pm –Back here – rest

6:30 – cocktails in the bar
7:00 onwards – Dinner (three courses)
8:15 in the restaurant – The “awards ceremony”, and charity auction of a rare original prototype by Roger Jarman.
8:30 onwards – Casino Night! This is a professionally organised thing - you will all be provided with chips, there are 3 "real" gaming tables in the bar/lounge area (Roulette, Blackjack, Wheel Of Fortune), and the target is to end the night with the most chips left.As a result, for those who have been before, there will be another bar seating area in the top section of the restaurant (next to the Hotel Reception). You are welcome to play musical instruments in this area only!
11:15 – Casino Night winner and runners up announced / awards presented.
Then party until late!
Most importantly the suggested dress code for the Saturday night is "black tie" - i.e. tuxedo/bowtie for the gents, posh dresses for the ladies. This is not enforced, but you'll find most people will be dressed this way - as we did in October last year.So, not including staff!, that is, so far, 111 people attending that I know of (not everyone is here on the Saturday), plus I'm sure many more people coming for the day on Fri/Sat. I count 30 (DeLorean) cars in total, assuming that 9 owners (plus 5 previous owners!) are attending without bringing their car.
