Didn't get much done today, I was being observed ;)

What I did get done though was two coats of satin black to finish off the main front chassis tidy up.

The next step is to strip and paint the bumper rams / headlight arm mech / vacuum actuators and top brace. As part of the headlight refurb I've got to re-instate the buckets/adjusters/retainer ring that the PO (POS!) took upon themselves to remove!

I've bought some replacement 7" buckets and some UK RHD headlights, fingers crossed I can adapt them.

Bumper rams and headlight pods cleaned/repainted. The new buckets have also arrived and I've trimmed the rears down so they fit into the headlight pods.

Looking tidy Manx.
Are they Carello lamps?

One small observation on the mount washers, it would be better to make some nice rectangular stainless stepped brackets rather than using the two wonky washers on each fixing. ;)
