Isn't it funny how different some DMC-bashing humour is between the US & UK forums? It seems to me that (brilliant!) comments like the above, and many others may be less common among the US D community. Perhaps they have had to deal with a bit more stigma related to the marque?

Ive been to 2 of the delorean car shows over there and they genuinly like their cars and really do think they are good and when someone says they are crap they defend them. Over here we know they are crap and just agree when somone says they are shite

We all do like the cars, and they are great fun. But it seems more acknowleged here that some parts of the design are barely adequate. Nonetheless, as a first product from a new company, its still quite impressive given the timescales.

But most cars now have been rebuilt in the literal sense, ie, not much on there that hasn't been touched since Dunmurray. Anything?!

I think that perhaps the views on JZD and his enterprise may also be slightly different. Which is again understandable,
