VIN 5992 - The Monarch in Greece & restoration

So the Volvo water pump came in, fitted the old pulley with the very helpfully instructions of Dave at DMCMW.

Installed the air induction manifold and the k jet housing. Next up all the peripherals, vaccum n wiring.

Looking at it feels like this beast can push 500 horse power.... But I have to settle for only less than a third that...

Went on and installed my stainless fuel lines.

Picked up fascias, rear louvre and engine cover from the paint shop

And installed the centre console leaving the few gaps open for a few more additions

Note the stainless shifter plate with stainless lever but stock knob. I think that is the best looking combination.

I'm no fan of that steering wheel, but the seats and other stuff look good!

Fair enough, but the stick and plate compliment the metal finishes of the wheel;)
