Well I've just reset the throttle setup and fueling now. It's nice :) I'm chuffed as nuts.

The tapping sound got quieter when it got to temp, but I think I will set the exhaust clearences to 20 on my ď if I get time another weekend. For now it's drivable :D

A bit late to report, but u did rest the clearances again but to the clearness hot on a hot (up to temp) engine. I let it cool overnight am checked what the clearances returned to on a cold engine. The inlets were as book but the exhaust valves were 15! So, either set them hot to book spec or if you prefer, to 15 instead of 25..

Clocks, clocks, clocks. .... What a choice!

I've got a lovely clock courtesy of Mr Flux..

I'm also tempted with the excellent efforts from our Rob seeing the extra features it gives.

I picked a couple of these gas discharge jobbies which look oem too. ..

Which one should I fit?

Chances are, the ones I have will just stay in the back of a drawer while I prioritise which "Pie n pint" to have first. ...

Chances are those are not fit for the D. They certainly do not match in size for the original housing.

Well, the mighty Auto had an oil change pre March Tec 2015.. about time..

Thanks to helping Al out, my Mighty Auto is now 2nd place...balls.,

However, my Car formerly known as "The Mightiest Auto" has made an appearance on the website where I did my refrigerant handling/ mobile air conditioning formal training/ certification located near me:

http://www.tony-muxlow-developments.co. ... udies.html

Obviously I'm nowhere near knowledgable to Dr HVAC Himself Mr DarrenC, but It's a nice feeling that I've recharged the air conditioning on all my cars now :)

Now, it's about time I sorted my own car out this year ;)

The official shitter has passed the MOT.

Emissions are just a bit too lean, but I didn't have time to fine tune after I calibrated the cpr and fueling. 0.37 % Co and 37ppm HC isn't that far off.

It's about time my D got more attention....
