Glad you made it back ok John, you weren't at a BP garage at any point were you? We had a message come in via facebook but unsure of the location!

This involves modifying the wiring to the starter motor relay due to a voltage drop if the battery isn't fully charged. ..

I am Vin 1622 so would this not apply with mine?

I did stop at a BP garage yes. I remember it getting a bit of attention, ha ha. What did the message say?
I also found my car on the delorean hashtag later that evening on Instagram. Someone had spotted me coming up behind them.

You didn't really need to share the details of just how excited you were to be driving it home..

Apologies, I meant the earlier vins need the wiring mod up to early vin 2000. Most had this retro done but there might be one or two that has been missed.

Another Yorkshire owner, I'm about 40 mins from you.

Lol, I knew I was going to get stung putting that, but thought, 'Nah, I'm talking with adults here', ha ha. Good to know we're all on the same page.

Oh okay, definitely worth looking into that then. Will the details of the update be easy enough to find online you reckon?

Excellent, are you North Yorkshire as well then?
