Oh. Thanx doc! No dimming happening cause I got led all over.

Actually the dimming is there, but because the LED's are perfectly fine with 5v (and the surplus is limited by the internal resistors) they will be just as bright with 9v as with 12v. Anyway if you have LED's all over feel free to just remove both the HVAC Illumination resistor and the relay because they are doing absolutely nothing any more.

PS. The explanation about 9v vs 12v and leds isn't technically correct, please forgive me.

Hey any cures for led turn signals... That won't signal cause the flash relay is not getting enough wats to feel the Leds in the system?
