Too cold to work on the injectors and fuel lines. No energy either. I guess it'll have to wait until 2015. :text-imnewhere:

time is on your side buddy.
no stress. still 4 months available to get that tackled.

Today my D got a extremely overdue insurance appraisal. Due in 2012, things went badly downhill for me but today went awesome. The day started out nice and sunny and i was able to roll her out of the garage box under her own steam. Yes, my appraisal guy does house visits.

Valued at €33500,- i'm pretty proud. In 2003 it was valued at €18k, while i bought her for Fl.29500 (about €14k) in 1999. Simply put, the value increased close to 2.4x the buying sum. Even better, because i totally paid off the loan a few years back. One of the better investments  (don't ask the sum of all bills)

Now that the appraisal is done i can drive around with confidence of a good insurance. Yes my fee will increase.

Nice one Rob, I'm guessing more of a landmark than 'just' getting your car back on the road, for you. Enjoy it buddy, you deserve it more than most!

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it.

If the weather allows, I will be installing those awesome new fuel lines this weekend! And while i'm at it, I will inspect/replace those injectors at the same time.

I might do that, good thinking. I wasn't sure if you guys liked pictures of cars or fuel lines or any work in progress for that matter. :)
