Excellent... Let me know when you have the wiring diagram ready, that would be great. Cheers!

The best solution is based around replacing one of the dummy switches with a real switch, using the lambda light as the interior tell-tale, and making a modification to one of the tail light boards with a diode. Dan has done this most recently.
But what Alistair is talking about may be a slightly easier solution...?

Brilliant. Can't wait to find out more. I modified mine to have an alien switch in the centre console and lost two of the brake lights in the process. Never been happy with the setup although it does the job. Good work...

Do you replace the dummy switch with another Delorean switch? Did they do any other switches apart from the demister and window ones? Would be good to have the indication on the switch or in the instrument cluster... Lots to think about :)

Have you got any pics of your setup? Would be good to see for ideas. Cheers, Mark

I did the diode solution. The idea originally came from Spratty. I'll do a diagram and post it up tomorrow. Its dead easy and no original wires have to be cut at all.

Sound good Dan, cheers

I guess the diode is used to feed the centre lamps when the fog light switch is on while not activating the other brake lights. When the brakes are applied all the original brake lights illuminate.
