Mate, I have been in the same situation..................Twice I've had to be lo-loaded!!!
You know what they say??? a poor mechanic always blames Ed's parts
I've joined the AA and the RAC now, The AA to get me to my destination and the RAC to bring me home.
My D done 250 miles last year........................believe it or not under it's own steam, although it did get doubtful in places. And that was to the Ffolkes Arms and back. I find that if I don't use it my stress levels drop right down, my alopecia has stopped for one thing, and I have noticed that Tourettes Tony hasn't had Tourettes since he has sold his, so I suppose we should just call him 'Tony' from now on. I always thought my stress levels were bought on by living with a woman!!! How wrong was I!!!
