The car was stripped by the elderly gentleman who imported it... With an orbital sander...And the stainless underneath was one of the worst condition cars Chris has ever worked on anywhere in the world, it took days and days to get it to an acceptable level The guy then traded it in with the dealer who has it now

Was it bad because of the orbital sander, or was the condition of it so bad that it was originally painted (or was it rendered bad as prep for the painting)?
