Hello ! ten days to go before Silvercoast, i need to know you choice for the main course in this menu ( thursday dinner ), please .
Starters:
Pipérade casserole, with poached egg and griddled "Aldudes" ham
Mains:
Veal axoa with (hot) Espelette pepper and boiled potates
or
Pavé of cod with basil ratatouille
Dessert:
Chocolate mousse with raspberry compote
Price; € 25 per person with 1/4 bottle of wine.
Vegetarian menu on request.
