Talking to the owner this weekend (and having spoken to a couple of people who have shown interest in it) I'd say this wasn't exactly a motivated seller
Don't let the price make you think it's a heap of junk, quite a lot has been done to this, it wouldn't take a lot more to finish this car off I don't think. The seller realises this is priced a little on the low side, but I think if someone were to show some genuine interest and actually go and see it, then he would part with it. He's a busy guy that isn't keen to spend time dealing with remote enquiries unless he's knows you are serious enough to come and see it. He's getting a small parts list together to complete the few things needed to register it, then it will be on sale properly for a more "normal" price, or he might keep it.
It does run, but would benefit from replacement of some of the fuelling parts, which makes up the bulk of the "to do" list.
