Crazy isn't it for an unknown engine that may or may not be fucked. If anyone wants a running and MOTd mobile engine for that price, i have one in my driveway :D

That one was previously listed for £650, I took a punt on it, mainly interested in the parts value, and the guy just refunded me straight away.

Nice of them to go to the effort of cleaning it up for the photos, mentioning mileage, history, running condition etc ;)

It's been for sale for ages Mec, and I assume will continue to be for quite some time at that price.

the mileage is listed at 55k, though that may be 155k of course. I understand the car was running when they got it, and if you run a US carfax on it, you should get the most recent mileage.

Mind you it would be interesting to see what they doing to make it an EV. If (when) my engine gets block rot it's something I'd consider. That or maybe a VR6 conversion.... :D

VR6 Conversions look really good, there have been a couple done in the states and they look to be a very good option.

Who's going to be the 1st to do one over here? (so I can copy it)
