Disassembly still going smoothly. Clutch is 7mm, keep or replace?

Working on swapping over the engine bottom now. Lots of cleaning to do. Hopefully getting that done today, and the cams and rockers tomorrow.

If ever you have a gearbox off from the engine & you are not 100% sure of the clutch age etc, whilst it’s apart I would always bang a new one in

A new clutch along with some other parts are on their way.

Today was spent mostly cleaning parts. I had some success using oven cleaner, but the majority of the work was done using kerosene and a small paint brush.

I also disassembled one rocker shaft and cam. Luckily very little wear to be found.

On the other hand on 4 out of 6 rockers the lubrication hole was completely clogged. One was so bad that I struggled for a long time getting it open with a needle. There’s no way that one would have come open by itself! On a different one I managed to pull the clog out with pliers. (See photo).

I was planning to start assembly, but couldn't find my torque wrench. I'll bet it shows up again when I buy a new one :|

I also need to get a clutch alignment tool.
