I Imported this car In 2015 and have since extensively restored the car to a very high standard including the following:
New Euro-spec Volvo higher compression engine rebuilt by Alex Canini including lightened flywheel, ported and polished cylinder heads and port matched inlet manifold.
New bearings, valves, valve guides, seats, and seals, cam shafts and rocker arms, new liners and rings, liners stainless shimmed and bonded. New timing chains and tensioners. New oil pressure sender and pressure switch. Every engine part glass bead blasted and all gaskets replaced. The engine work was circa £6k
Manual Gearbox rebuilt by UN1 specialist GTO Racing- one piece shaft, straight cut lower ratio 1st and second gears
Quaife LSD, gearbox upgrade cost circa £5k
Delorean Go free-flow stainless steel sports exhaust system (new manifold gaskets/studs etc)
Stainless exterior re-brushed by Chris Nicholson (PJ Grady UK)

The car is quick for a DeLorean and as can be seen extremely well maintained
The interior is in very good condition and original apart from the seat covers, dash is slightly sun-burnt but not cracked and only noticeable in certain light/angle (one of the last jobs to do)
The binnacle has been recovered by Lee Pattison and is in mint condition.
This is one of the nicest and most ‘sorted’ turnkey DeLoreans in the UK, it is held in high regard by the community and probably the fastest non turbo car.
