VIN 11789 took a big step today.

I've been working away on ~11789 since my retirement.

The head set me back a bit, but the engine starts first time, every time. It starts fine hot and cold.

So today, I got the car down off the 3 courses of concrete blocks (per wheel) and it's now resting on axle stands.

I couldn't resist starting the engine up to see if the wheels would turn and by F they did!!

For me a huge step forward. Thanks to the guys who have helped so far ... thanks to Arran too for providing quick responses to parts queries ...

.. a big smile on my face right no ... still plenty to do... wheels refurbed, new tires, some Chris Nicholson repairs blah blah blah :D
