Oh and I've welded the gearbox mounts on as a temporary fix...Turns out if the bolts that holds the mounts onto the gearbox are done up, it changes gear very smoothly! 
No idea why they were loose though!

At least you are mobile and don’t have to do a full frame off until you are ready!
