Just a short post to let you know there's a brilliant series starting tonight on BBC4 at 9pm.

"A Volatile History" The series talks about the discovery and application of the chemical elements, and the one on Lead gives a fascinating history of Lead in petrol.

It's a series dear.

I'm in the one on Lead, tonights was just the starting introduction to the periodic table.

Even though I wasn't in tonights it's a really interesting program....probably because I wasn't in it

Small bit of trivia: Jim the host is from Portsmouth and went to the same school as Adam my son attends!

I'll try and let you know when the Lead one's on.
