Looking at Tommy's private jet option I think we can rule that out (at £4000 per hour). Flying - obviously we would need a car the other end as well, in order to get around / the beach, etc. But it does mean that statistically most of us can drink for the entire weekend.
If someone was to bend me over their knee and spank me I might consider driving over, but staying sober in one of France's best wine producing regions is going to be torture!

Spanking.....tourture  Don't be giving Sally too many ideas, you may end up with a very sore bottom

oh and the flying thing, 4 grand an hour does seem a little steep, maybe we could borrow a few of these..http://www.clear-prop.co.uk/microlight-hire.php

If you seriously plan to hire a small private plane, there is a small airport 5mn from home, this is where I go skydiving.
then i would give you my car for the weekend to drive around ( maybe even the Camaro if you are nice...).

and I have good wine too
