I was reading through some Delorean Worlds from the late 80's when I came across this photo of what the owners thought was what we would now call an M.E. car.

I'm not sure if this is one of the known ones listed in the sub-forum/

It doesnt look bad enough to be a total write off!

I wonder how would you get one repaired in 88? Perhaps you had to ship it to the US?

Must have been some sneeze to put him off the road.

I might have been one of those sneezes where you follow through at the same time, that would explain the total loss

Probably wouldn't be now, but you only needed a relay to go pop in 88 to make a DeLorean a total loss...

and that crash was only at 5 mph

Well he did have half of the country to accelerate so 5 mph should be achievable.
