Just picked up on this old post. Wonder if its still about...? According to Nick Sutton's book, 22 went to Saudi
16583 also is cat-less, so probably was a factory fit on the Saudi cars.

I heard it recently escaped the impound and is now a daily driver in greece with a normal greek registration.

do not know much more cause I now live in germany....
