Brian, can you ask your contact if he has any idea when International Automotive ceased trading?
I am thinking about using the photo ( if you don't mind) to see if other employees can be tracked down in the region.

I do know they no longer exist but they may have also had something to do with the later Revinned Saudi cars which have so far all been 16xxx
