Has re-appeared in the UK!

Been in storage since late 80’s and restoration is now underway with Chris N
I hope to speak to the owner at some point and find out some more details.

I think he means the orange sticker on the windscreen dated 13th Dec 1990.

For what it's worth, (and this is probably known already) the Arabic script under the 1990 seems to translate to "General Department Of Traffic"

Yes that’s a Kuwaiti tax disc

There are a couple of cars still sporting the original disc
