Fuel Pump....

Hi chaps
I'm newish to the forum. I've got a Delorean that i've had since 2005 which was imported from the USA. I've never driven it although it's all UK registered. I'm trying to get it recommissioned but it looks like the fuel pump is knackered. Where is the best place to get one from and the associated pipes as they have seen better days too?

Thanks and hopefully i'll have a Delorean that will actually start within the next couple of weeks, then it's a case of getting the other small jobs finished!

Perfect! It's in the garage with mechanics at the moment so I'd need to know sooner rather than later if you have a spare for sale! Thanks for the offer though, it's very kind

Those parts mainly www.delorean.eu - although you can get cheaper.

We did, until a couple of weeks ago, have fuel pump in stock, but have the "pipes" still: viewtopic.php?t=2486
You'd probably need the two pipes (pick up pipe and the other one) plus a fuel pump boot and maybe a cover. We have all 4 in stock.

I can't find my parts list at the moment with the numbers on, but the Bosch codes are on here: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=8 - and you can order a DeLorean fuel pump from here: http://www.kmipetrolinjection.co.uk/ - just ask for the unpainted version (ideally). They will reply to an email. I think this is still where Ed at DMC EU gets his from. You can get even cheaper on Ebay with the correct (modern) part number.

The all in ones have issues with the integral check valves apparently. ...

Yep: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=3979 - although from the looks of the last post on there, it's now sorted....?
