Lotus/De Lorean/GPD contract

I'm looking for a copy /scan of the Lotus/Delorean/GPD contract , which was handed to the media in 1982 and that eventually uncovered the 17.65 million that disappeared to Lotus/GPD ( Grand Prix Drivers). The letter that would have given Colin Chapman 10 years in prison had he still been alive when the trail was held, the judge gave Fred Bushell 3 years who also signed this contract...
I enclose the only pics I have of it... Searched high n low on the Internet... No luck...
