Fuel Pressure Tester for Xmas

So guys, any recommendations on a pressure testing kit I can buy to help sort out my starting issues? Did think of just buying the pump right out, but something tells me a fuel pressure tester kit would be a wise investment with this car. Don't want to spend too much but I need to get the car back on the road, or just out of the garage!

Any recommendations?

Lol, any recommendations would be wonderful. Looking online there are loads of options, but getting the one with the right connections is obviously quite important. :)

Yeah I have, although it did take a lot of cranking and would stutter under any load. Seemed better when warm but still failed quite easily.

Sounds very similar to what I was getting. Would cough and splutter / die if you revved too quickly. Turned out to be ign related.

Mark, even the cheapest K-Jetronic compatible pressure testers are around £70+

I would start cheap as Nick suggested in the other thread, and replace the primary pressure o-rings for a few quid as a first step: http://www.deloreanclub.uk/hot-start-o-ring-kit.html
